Comcast Skipping FCC Funfest

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) finally issued its agenda for Thursday's en banc hearing on the subject of "broadband network management practices" at Stanford University, and noticeably absent from the festivities will be representatives from Comcast Corp. and Pando Networks Inc.
