A bill that would allow AT&T to offer TV service statewide could be passed before the end of April, according to state officials.

State Comptroller John Morgan stood for hours yesterday explaining the new bill to House Commerce Committee members. He says the legislation could be on the floor of the House and Senate in two weeks.
