Tighten Cross-Ownership Ban, Dorgan Says

Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.) says he will push ahead with a resolution to overturn the FCC's loosening of the newspaper-broadcast cross-ownership ban despite a veto threat this week from the Bush Administration.
