Comcast, BitTorrent Work Toward Net Neutrality

After months of back and forth over cable's treatment of file-sharing services, Comcast and BitTorrent on Thursday reached an agreement in which Comcast agreed to alter its network management practices, and BitTorrent acknowledged that Comcast has the right to police its own network.
