Comcast Corp. reports that its viewers have now racked up 7 billion video-on-demand views since the company began launching the platform in 2003.
That number of views translates to 1 billion hours viewed over the last five years.
The industry's foremost proponent of the platform, Comcast has expanded its VOD library to some 10,000 titles per month, with DVR-like controls.
