FCC approves relaxed interference standards for Broadband Over Power Line data delivery services, which have the potential to decimate other users of the HF radio spectrum. Indymedia servers are seized by the FBI at the behest of an unknown international complainant, damaging press freedom in dozens of countries with the flick of a switch.
