Fox is set to announce a new partnership with Clear Channel Radio in a move that allows CC to reduce costs and change direction for its news/talk stations., Billboard Radio Monitor has learned.

The move provides the Clear Channel stations with a pre-negotiated rate understood to cost significantly less than the deal CC stations currently have with ABC News Radio.
