Damian Kulash of the rock band OK Go testified at a House Judiciary hearing on Net Neutrality, saying Net Neutrality is good for music and good for musicians. "What we really need is a legitimate digital marketplace for music. The only way that's going to happen is if we build on a level playing field," Kulash said.
