Monday was not a Comcastic day for the cable giant.

The largest cable company in the U.S. was deservedly in the hot seat at Harvard University, where an all-day hearing was conducted by the Federal Communications Commission over complaints that Comcast (CMCSA) deliberately delays Internet traffic for consumers accessing file sharing Web sites like BitTorrent and newer ones like Vuze.
