In what seems like eons ago (2006), the Legislature passed what was known as HB6456, a.k.a. The Cable Franchise Reform Bill, bloggers became worried about the lack of net neutrality that would result from the bill. National bloggers even got angry with the Governor, causing a short lived fight between the local and national bloggers.
