With the defeat of network neutrality legislation by incumbent lobbyists last year, the rhetoric surrounding the neutrality debate had quieted down substantially. You can expect that to change shortly. Rep. Edward Markey says he'll introduce new network neutrality legislation in December that will result in a renewed Congressional battle next year.
