The Wireless LINC initiative, a public-private partnership in Vermont and New Hampshire, has launched a series of pilot projects which are just the first step in building broadband infrastructure throughout Carroll, Grafton and Coos counties in New Hampshire and Orleans, Essex and Caledonia counties in Vermont.
