More than a year after it announced a franchise agreement with a Winchester firm, the city continues to look for a wireless Internet provider.

"We're revisiting how we want to handle wireless," said Jim Barnes, assistant economic development director for technology. "We don't want to get caught up with a company that can't deliver what they promised."
