Some State Ferries Are Still Waiting for Wi-Fi

There are worse things than gazing out at the blue waters of Puget Sound instead of staring at the Internet.
But Washington State Ferries' plan to offer Wi-Fi has run into delays on a couple of routes, keeping passengers who want to read e-mail or track the Mariners on their way home waiting for months.
