Fremont's cable subscribers have put in their two cents worth, and now they want to know where it went.

The Fremont Cable Access Renewal/Contract Committee met Tuesday night under the chairmanship of Brandee McLean. While discussion touched many issues, the question of where the subscribers' two cents franchise fee has gone for 20 years was front and center.
