FCC Chairman Reiterates XM-Sirius Merger Faces 'High Hurdle'

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin on Thursday reiterated his position that the proposed merger between XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio faces a high regulatory hurdle.
Speaking to reporters after the FCC's May meeting, Martin was asked why the commission has taken so long to begin the merger review process.
