The Portland Press Herald today published an Op-Ed by State Sen. Ethan Strimling about his push for Net Neutrality in Maine, just in time for the Utilities and Energy Committee vote today.

Strimling does a fairly good job breaking down the ins, outs, and necessity of Net Neutrality.
