Maine Net Neutrality Bill Would Prevent ISP's from Blocking Content

The Net Neutrality bill before the Maine legislature forbids Internet providers to offer non-discriminatory access for all users and prevent blocking and interfering with content.
Absent Net Neutrality laws, there is nothing stopping Internet providers from blocking content from Web sites that have opposing points of view or offer competing services.
