Spot Coffee is a Wi-Fi hotspot, meaning Georgia NeSmith can log onto a wireless Internet network.
"If I had wireless Internet over where I live, I would go to cafes over there," said the 19th Ward resident.
NeSmith may soon be able to do just that.
