Downtown is about to get a big shove into the modern age.

Great Auk Wireless, a subsidiary of Optima Computers, announced its plan to launch a broadband wireless network in the Main Street area. It will be available to residents, businesses and visitors free of charge throughout the month of February as part of the new network's debut.
