News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch and his son, accused by two former employees of misleading Parliament last month, will be hauled back to testify again - this time under oath. At a Parliamentary hearing in July, the Murdochs said they were never told that phone hacking at the News of the World went beyond one "rogue" reporter. But two former employees say James Murdoch had in fact read an email about the hacking that he claimed not to have seen.
