Walden Says Congress Won't Be Rushed into Spectrum Decision

House Communications Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden (R-Ore.) said that spectrum is an important and valuable commodity held by the public and that the country needed to get the spectrum issue right. He said he didn't know if an incentive auction bill to pay broadcasters for giving up spectrum would be passed this year.
