Comcast-NBC May Force FCC's Hand on Level 3, Netflix

The FCC may soon be forced into discussing the competitive dynamic between cableco ISP arms and rival OTT Internet video options like Netflix and Roku, thanks to the ongoing Comcast-Level 3 dispute. Both sides are reportedly close to approaching the FCC, looking for some resolution in a case the federal agency had previously decided was outside its purview.
