N.J. Senate Panel Clears Bill That Decreases Regulations on Telecom Companies

A bill that would lift several state regulations over telecommunications companies cleared a Senate committee, to the chagrin of consumer advocates who say deregulation will result in a reduction in customer service for New Jersey residents.
