AT&T's Got Comcast's Back, Protesting Uncertainty in FCC Net Neutrality Rules

AT&T and the NCTA have teamed up in appealing to the FCC to clarify that the freshly-minted Net Neutrality rules do not apply to the peering agreements between carriers. The appeal comes in the wake of the ongoing flap between Comcast and Level 3 Communications that has Level 3 crying Net Neutrality violations as Comcast calls it a peering dispute.
