Net Neutrality Is Here to Stay, Europe Insists

It seems that being transparent regarding Net Neutrality is simply not enough for Europe, which is why the European Commission decided to introduce some stricter rules. The EC has now started to demand all European ISPs and telecom companies to continue to provide connections to an open and neutral Internet, rather than just be honest about what they do when managing traffic.
