AT&T Moves to Dismiss Sprint, Cellular South Suits

AT&T has asked a judge to dismiss lawsuits filed by Sprint and Cellular South against its merger with T-Mobile USA. AT&T challenged the companies' motivations for signing on to the Department of Justice's antitrust suit against the deal, saying Cellular South and Sprint were merely out to protect their own interests.
