Watchdog Cautions FCC Against Sliding Down Slippery 'Paid Prioritization' Slope

The influential watchdog group Center for Democracy and Technology has told the the FCC that allowing companies to pay Internet service providers for prioritized delivery of content would hurt the Web's openness.
