Broadband Duopoly Leaves ISPs Competing on Speed, Not Price

New research on broadband pricing between 2004 and 2009 found that speeds went up, as any broadband user could tell you, but prices largely held steady -- almost as though ISPs decided to compete on speeds and features but leave price alone.
