FCC Turns Away City's Challenge to WHYY-TV

In Virginia, the FCC has denied the city of Wilmington's challenge to WHYY television's request to renew its license, city officials announced. Wilmington officials issued the challenge because they felt the host city was getting short shrift when it came to local programming.
