While Leaders on both sides of the Network Neutrality debate continue to meet in private with Edward Lazarus, chief of staff to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski, their public statements continue to place them at opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to how the FCC should clarify its broadband regulatory authority.
