FCC: Google, AT&T Breaches 'Different,' 'Each Worrisome'

Breaches by AT&T and Google that jeopardized private user information are "each worrisome in their own way" and amount to "different kinds of intrusions," according to the FCC consumer bureau chief Joel Gurin.
