Verizon Faces Rocky Road in Selling Landlines to Frontier

Verizon expects to close its deal to sell 4.8 million landlines across 14 states to Frontier by the middle of this year. Normally, the company steamrolls through most concerns in wrapping up deals, but it could face some complications this time around.
