Conyers: Broadcasters' Fight Against Royalties Similar to 'Involuntary Servitude'

Broadcasters' refusal to pay royalty fees to musicians when airing their songs is a form of involuntary servitude, House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) said.
