Net Neutrality at Risk Again?

The U.S. Department of Commerce is saying that broad rules over how the Internet works are on the way, from how business transactions are processed to how Web sites are secured. The new policy decision is not a specific indictment of Net Neutrality but it's possible it could be a victim of collateral damage after Washington's new policies are finalized.
