We have new information on the court battle between a Lafayette resident and Lafayette Utilities System. The state Supreme Court has agreed to hear the LUS appeal in their fiber to the home project.

Elizabeth Naquin, a Lafayette resident, had filed a lawsuit to block the sale of bonds to pay for the fiber-to-the-home project in Lafayette.
