Springfield, Mo., Proposed Ordinance Protects Consumers

Protecting the investment of the community and the choices of local citizens through the city's proposed new cable franchise ordinance makes good sense for Springfield. Vital public safety issues are at stake. Some say we're trying to protect Mediacom from competition. Hardly.
