Dozens of people turned out Thursday night to tell the Federal Communications Commission what they think about possible changes to media-ownership rules.

The gathering at Old Dominion University was organized by several local and national organizations and gave people like Sharon Bivens of Virginia Beach a chance to address the FCC representatives.
