Internet Non-Discrimination Act: Friend or Foe?

Just a week after Adotas reported political group Moveon.org's assault on AOL's certified email service that would get around spam filters and deliver messages directly to subscribers, Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) introduced the Internet Non-Discrimination Act of 2006 on March 2.
