As the FCC prepares to review the nation's media ownership rules, Congress is beginning to weigh in.

Addressing the National Association of Broadcasters last week, Rep. Rick Boucher, D-Va., urged the FCC to abolish the rule barring common ownership of newspaper and broadcast outlets in the same markets. "It's time for Congress to act," he declared.
