Hoosiers could pick and choose their cable channels if state Sen. Tom Wyss gets his way.

Wyss, R-Fort Wayne, said Tuesday he plans to add a requirement for "a la carte" cable service to a sweeping telecommunications reform bill that could alter the way Hoosiers receive phone, Internet and cable service, and how much they pay for those services.
