There are many ways you can get involved with Free Press and the media reform movement.

  • If media reform is new to you, get started with the beginner's guide.
  • The easiest way to stay connected is to sign up for our e-activist list. Be informed about important developments at the FCC and in Congress and take timely action to affect real change -- we're 500,000 strong and growing.
  • Support our lobbying efforts on behalf of the public interest by donating to the Free Press Action Fund. We're up against one of the most well funded lobbies in the country.
  • Join the conversation at the Free Press Action Network where grassroots organizing and netroots blogging keep the movement moving.
  • Join fellow activists, media makers, educators, journalists, policy-makers and concerned citizens in calling for real and lasting changes to our nation's media system at the National Conference for Media Reform -- a little thing we put together every 18 months or so.

  • Community Internet Support efforts to develop municipal broadband Internet infrastructure.
