Now in its fourth year, the National Conference for Media Reform (NCMR) has become the largest and highest-profile gathering of media reform advocates in the nation.  Thousands of activists, media producers, academics and policymakers will come together in Minneapolis to learn, share, and connect with others.
 
Free Press offers several promotional opportunities to help you spread the word about your organization's work to over 3,500 conference attendees.  We offer reasonable rates with a discount for non-profit organizations.

Exhibiting at the conference is a perfect opportunity to showcase your organization's work and to engage thousands of media reform activists.  Exhibits will be located in the main ballroom of the convention center and will feature a high volume of foot traffic and excellent visibility.

Additional furnishings and add-ons such as electricity, telephone service and A/V equipment are available at additional cost from the convention center and/or drayage service providers.  Information about add-ons will be provided when you receive your exhibitor package.
 
Exhibiting Guidelines:
 
All exhibit table reservations must be received by April 11, 2008.  Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once your reservation is processed, you will receive detailed logistical information about the Exhibit Hall, including shipping information.  Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping or logistics before the event. 
 
The Exhibit Hall is a promotional and networking opportunity for organizations involved in media reform, movement building and social change. Items sold in the Exhibit Hall are limited to tangible goods (i.e., shirts, bumper stickers, DVDs, etc.) Exhibitors may not sell food of any kind. Books may only be sold through the official conference book seller and requires special advance coordination.  Companies that sell services, hardware and software (i.e., Web services, fundraising tools) are permitted to exhibit on a case-by-case basis.  Free Press reserves the right to accept or deny exhibitors on a case-by-case basis.  No electoral or partisan political activity is allowed in the Exhibit Hall.

The program ad sign up deadline is April 11, 2008.  To be considered, advertisers must furnish a high-resolution, grayscale PDF or 300-dpi JPEG files of artwork via e-mail or on CD by April 25, 2008.  Free Press cannot assume responsibility for ads not conforming to specified requirements and reserves the right to make adjustments to ads.  Free Press will receive rights to the ads once they have been submitted.
 

EXHIBIT AND AD COMBO

This year we will be offering a discount to those wishing both to exhibit and to advertise. You will receive one exhibit table, a 1/2-page ad and one complementary registrations.
 
For-profit rate: $1,350 (save $150)    Non-profit rate: $700 (save $150)  
 
BAG STUFFING
Bag stuffing is available on a limited, case-by-case basis to media reform organizations that wish to get relevant information into the hands of conference attendees.  Stuffers will be placed in the tote bags that all attendees will receive at registration/check-in.
