Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator is the "go- to" person for our fast paced, dynamic, high performing staff. This job requires the ability to move capably and confidently between a wide range of responsibilities including: reception, administrative support, light financial tasks, data management, vendor coordination, public relations, and special events. S/he serves as a resource for staff in Massachusetts and Washington DC. The Office Coordinator must enjoy playing the supporting role, be adept at anticipating needs, and also be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems and generating new ideas for getting things done. This position reports to the Office Manager and requires occasional evening and weekend work.
